Untapped is my 1:1 executive coaching program for female leaders and managers. We work together to define your Success Signature™, how you want your success to feel. We then identify the self sabotaging patterns and beliefs standing between you and your success, and reprogram them to liberate your potential so that the true leader in you shines through.
Beliefs are subconscious which means you're often not even aware of them. But the feeling or the pattern is the red flag alerting you to something that needs to come up to be seen, felt, healed and released in order for you to move forwards.

The Empowered Woman® Leadership Program is corporate group coaching program designed to empower female leaders as they develop a deep understanding of the unique value they bring personally and professionally to their roles, teams, careers and your organisation.

Moving through the 6 module program participants develop their mindset, emotional intelligence, resilience, impact, visibility and own style of leadership. During the session the mega watt light bulb moment happened as I listened more to her and I was like “ My story is worth telling “ . I had never considered my business to be a brand.
