Flexible agenda responsive to what you're navigating right now
Telegram access between sessions for real-time support when challenges arise
Option to continue after initial 3 months. Many clients stay for 6-12+ months

I'm Lesley Stonier, and I've walked both sides of the leadership journey.
I spent 15+ years in corporate marketing, leading iconic UK brands like Lucozade, Aquafresh, and Ferrero Rocher. I know what it's like to navigate organisational politics, manage teams, and deliver under pressure.
Now I work with leaders at AG Barr, IOUK, Nike, Haleon, Dowds Group, Rare Beauty Brands and more, helping them navigate the same challenges I once faced while staying true to who they are.
I've experienced the loneliness of leadership. The imposter syndrome. The pressure to have all the answers. The struggle to lead authentically in environments that don't always value vulnerability.

Unlock Your Story (6-week intensive) is for you, if:

Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from typical executive coaching?
Most executive coaching focuses on performance, strategy, and leadership skills. While we address those things, Empowered Leadership Coaching goes deeper into the identity, beliefs, and inner work that truly transforms how you lead. We work on both the external challenges AND the internal barriers.
What if I've never worked with a coach before?
Perfect. I'll guide you through the process and create a safe space for exploration. Many of my clients are first-time coaching clients who discover how transformational this work can be.
How do the sessions work?
We meet via Zoom for 60 minutes weekly or bi-weekly. You set the agenda based on what you're navigating, and I provide strategic guidance, powerful questions, and tools to support your growth. Between sessions, you have Telegram access for real-time support.
What's the difference between weekly and bi-weekly sessions?
Weekly sessions create faster momentum and deeper immersion. Bi-weekly gives you more time between sessions to implement and integrate. We'll discuss which pace is right for you during our discovery call.
Why a 3-month minimum?
Meaningful transformation takes time. Three months allows us to go beyond surface solutions to create lasting change in how you think, feel, and lead.
Can I continue after 3 months?
Absolutely. Many clients continue for 6, 12, or more months as they navigate new challenges and levels of leadership. After the initial 3 months, you can move to a monthly retainer model.
What if I've completed Unlock Your Story?
Many Unlock Your Story graduates continue with Empowered Leadership Coaching for accountability as they build their brands and navigate leadership challenges. We'll build on the foundation we created together.
Do you work with entrepreneurs or just corporate leaders?
Both! I work with founders building businesses and CEOs and senior leaders navigating corporate environments. The inner work and leadership principles are universal.
How do I know if this is worth the investment?
